We take a simple approach to UK delivery, if you're in the UK and spend over £50 then we'll generally ship your goods for FREE. In some cases there will be a surcharge for outsize parcels and deliveries remote areas. We will contact you if this is the case and will endeavour to keep any additional charges to a minimum.
UK Next Day Upgrade
We also offer an upgraded next day delivery service from £9.99. This is a next working day service. Please be aware that you must place your order before 1:00pm for next day delivery. Orders placed after 1:00pm on Thursday should arrive Monday. Orders placed after the 1:00pm cut off on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday, for Tuesday arrival. We will always try our best to ship your goods as promptly as possible however there may be circumstances beyond our control that result in delivery being delayed. Please call if you require a Saturday delivery and we will try and arrange – there will be an additional charge for this service. All Next Day services require a signature so please ensure someone will be in to accept delivery.
Charges are calculated on a best effort basis but occasionally, due to the vast range of product sizes and weights, we may need to contact you if we are unable to obtain shipping at the stated/charged rate.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: If you request delivery to an insecure place, this is done on the strict understanding that Rok Max cannot be held responsible for loss in these circumstances. Higher value items and those marked for next day delivery will require a signature. Deliveries will generally be shipped using a tracked and signed for service where available.

Orders within U.K. (including Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland) are shipped via Royal Mail post or via signed for courier on a standard service – typically 2-3 days.
