Ordering, Prices & Availability
You can order with Rok Max via:-
Our Website - Simply browse the site & locate the products you require. Then, add the required items to your shopping basket. Once your basket is complete, then checkout securely using your credit or debit card.
By Phone - Call +44 (0)1635 500 399 during our regular business hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
By Post - Send your order along with a cheque or postal order for the total amount including delivery to: Rok Max Sports Fishing, Venture House, Greenham Business Park, Thatcham, Berkshire, RG19 6HX.
In Person – You are most welcome to visit us at our offices but this is strictly by appointment – please call us on +44 (0)1635 500 399 to arrange your visit.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur we may not be able to accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site include UK VAT. If we are shipping your goods to a country outside the European Union VAT will be removed from your invoice at checkout.
The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat and not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department within fourteen days of delivery for a return authorisation. Once the non-defective items have been returned in a satisfactory re-saleable condition, in their original packaging, you will be refunded or credited for entire amount, less any original shipping charges we occurred, where appropriate.
Defective items are subject to manufacturer's warranty policies – please contact our customer service department to arrange repair or replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase a sale item or an item that is displayed as 'non-stock item' online, these cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Non-stock items are classed as a special order item and we source these items directly for your order and as a result, these cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return any items to us within fourteen days for an exchange or refund. Please notify our customer service department of the return your goods with full details of your exchange to:

Exchanges will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes and packaging materials, complete with manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
If any labels are removed from the product – the warranty becomes void & we cannot accept this for exchange.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Rok Max will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All shipping back to us is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your postal fees.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded or exchanged within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s expense. If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second postage charge may apply.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order on time & in pristine condition. If you do not receive your order then please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Rok Max immediately and DO NOT sign for the package. This will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours.
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and you can select a separate delivery address when you checkout.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days. We aim to deliver within 3 working days but sometimes due to high order volume certain in sales periods please allow 4 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local post office collection point.
|PLEASE NOTE: If you request delivery to an insecure place, this is done on the strict understanding that Rok Max cannot be held responsible for loss in these circumstances. Higher value items and those marked for next day delivery will require a signature.

During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.
We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes:
