CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES - BACK ORDERS AND PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS

We make every attempt to fill your order to completion and ship within 24 hours. Should an item be temporarily out of stock we will contact you by e-mail to offer an alternative or ask if you prefer to have the item placed on back order and shipped when available.

RETURNS
Rok-Max (U.K.) Ltd., conditionally guarantees your 100% satisfaction with products purchased from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our service department within fourteen days for a return authorisation For non-defective items returned in a satisfactory re-saleable condition, in their original packaging, you will be refunded or credited for entire amount, less the shipping charges. Undamaged and non-defective items returned outside their original, sealed packages are, in some cases, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Defective items are subject to manufacturer's warranty policies. Video's, books, and custom built orders will not be accepted for return.

ORDERS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
Should your order in an obviously damaged or opened package, REFUSE THE SHIPMENT and contact us immediately. For concealed loss or damage, report your claim to our service department within 24 hours and keep all shipping materials for inspection. We will handle your claim expeditiously.

Rok-Max (U.K.) Ltd., assumes no responsibility for liability connected with the use of products on this website. Under no circumstances are we, the seller, liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred through the use of any product sold by Rok-Max (U.K.) Ltd. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Included in domestic and International shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping costs for orders shipped outside the U.K. Mainland will be calculated on a per-order basis. Unless you state with your order any preferred way, we will establish the most economical shipping method and charge you as such. Any overpayment will be refunded to you. All duties and import taxes are your responsibility. All payments must be made in U.K. Pounds. Funds by wire transfer or credit card are accepted, the exchange rate is automatically converted.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Orders within the U.K. mainland are shipped first class post or next day courier. Some items i.e. downrigger weights and bulky items etc., when ordered separately may incur additional shipping costs, you will be made aware of any additional charges prior to shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated on a best effort basis, because we ship products of many different weights, sizes and values, we may need to contact you if we are unable to obtain shipping at the quoted rate. We will also refund charges where the computed cost significantly exceeds the actual shipping cost and we will notify you by e-mail. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding shipping to your location.
